We are a healthtech company, located in Tromsø, Norway.
Combining the biggest annotated lung sound dataset in the world with deep learning based data analysis methods, we are developing solutions, that will help in addressing the increasing number of lung diseases.
To become the best back-up assistant for people with chronical lung diseases.
What we aim to develop:
What We have Achieved:
- First, we want to deliver a smart training assistant in auscultation for medicine students, nursing students and young inexperienced practitioners to train their skills and get a deep experience in auscultation, so that later patients can get better medical help.
Second, we want to provide a smart back-up assistant for doctors and nurses, who wil be able to take more objective decisions.
Last, we want to give patients the ability to monitor their health at home with a home monitoring device, without the need of a doctor. This way, they will be able to prevent the disease from complications and avoid unnecessary financial expenses.
- Developed a web-based prototype for automatic analysis of lung sounds, recorded with a stethoscope.
Established cooperation with Tromsø Study 7, having access to the world's biggest available annotated dataset of lung sounds.
- Established cooperation with UiT, The Arctic University of Norway, for the first round of prototype testing.
Received StudENT grant from the Research council of Norway for the period of July'17 - July'18, which will fund the stage 1 of our project development.
